This review is from: Boss CX15 Chaos Exxtreme 15" Subwoofer 4ohm Voice Coil (Electronics) I bought this sub because i needed it for a DJ sub box and i didn't have allot of money so i bought this thinking what the heck!!! OK i got and opened it all excited connected it to my little test amp and the thing was moving so much out of the metal frame i took it apart and the subs foam surround wasn't even glued into the metal frame, i kid u not so i did what a normal person does and i glued it with some weather stripping glue, let it sit for a day and after that installed it and it sounded pretty good im surprised but i don't think this is the type of sub you want to push hard so take it easy with it and don't install it in your vehicle i do not recommend it! I wanted something to supplement the stock speakers in my Town and Country. I did expect more bass from this product but maybe I was expecting too much. I had two slim 10" Memphis Audio subs in my truck with a 300W RMS amp and those hit harder than this thing does. I definitely think the watt rating on this is an exaggeration. Still for what it is, it works, easy to install, very small space requirement and it does add depth to my stock radio. I just wish I had ordered a separate amp and sub, I feel i could have gotten more for my money. I installed it vertically in the cargo bay of my Toyota 4Runner near the rear of the passenger side, and the footprint it takes up is insignificant. The sound ranges from subtle fill to barely-shakes-the-rearview. I recommend playing Björk to get the latter. This is the first subwoofer I've installed in a car, and I bought this unit paired with the Boss Audio install kit. The power was just long enough because the car battery is all the way to the front on the driver side - every other cable in the kit was more than enough. * Install: easy. '* Sound Quality: quite good (not excellent) '* Footprint: brilliantly small. '* Price: very reasonable. '* Bullet Points in review: wholly unnecessary. The speaker phone did much better than the built-in hands-free on both phones. My callers reported that my voice quality was clear, free of echoes and not much background noise. Since I really liked the Motorola Roadster Bluetooth In-Car Speakerphone (Retail Packaging), I would like to compare the TX500 with it. Basically the Motorola TX500 is a simplified version of the Roadster. All the bells and whistles that the Roadster had were removed. The TX500 focuses only on the basic features. Taking calls and making calls. The voice guide (or voice prompts) feature that the Motorola bluetooth hands free devices commonly has works very well and thanks to this, pairing of the phones to the device could not be simpler. Calling on the device is simple as all get out and in my car, which is not a jeep or convertible, I have no problem understanding and being understood by the party I'm talking too. I do have an earpiece that I used to use, but my significant other is often with me when I'm driving and is always, always, interrupting, wanting to be part of the conversation, now it's like the other party is in the car with us.
